USER SUBMISSIONS
Visitors and users may be asked to register in order to use portions of the services www.tmisports.com offers. You are responsible to complete the registration with the most current and accurate information. You will also be asked to provide a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your user and password confidential. If for any reason you incur losses, damage, or injury of any kind due to a third party using your account, you take full responsibility and cannot take legal actions against TMI SPORTS or its subsidiaries. You may be held liable for a third party whom incurs losses, damage, or injury of any kind as a result of using your account. You are responsible for all activity including submissions on your account, as well as keeping your user name and password confidential. You agree to notify TMI SPORTS if there has been any unauthorized activity on your account. If notified, we will take action immediately to delete your account and you will be able to register a new account with a different user name and password. You may not use another user's account at anytime without the permission of the user.
Registered users at www.tmisports.com have the ability to create a free online profile which will contain information that is made available to the public. You are responsible for all submitted content on your profile and are not required to fill out any information you feel could put you at risk of any kind. You agree that by registering at www.tmisports.com you will not hold TMI SPORTS or is subsidiaries responsible for any loss or injury of any kind as a result to your submitted information made public on the web site. When registering at www.tmisports.com your full name and the sport you have chosen for your profile will automatically be made available to the public through your profile. The following information will also be available for the public if you choose to submit it: (i) photo (ii) first and last name (iii) city, state, & zip code (iv) sex, weight, & height (v) any additional personal information that you add (vi) school name & phone number (vii) your graduation date (viii)your GPA, SAT and ACT scores (ix) any additional academic information that you submit (x) your coaches name and number and email address (xi) Your sport and the position you play and (xii)any additional athletic statistics, honors, and information that you submit. The information that you are able to submit as stated above will be made available to the public. The information you submit is optional with the exception of your first and last name and the sport you play. If you do not want your first and last name made available to the public do not register at
www.tmisports.com . If you have created a profile and you have later decided that you do not want your personal, academic, or athletic information made available to the public then edit your profile so that there is no information on it and immediately email support@tmisports.com to ask that your profile be deleted. You hereby grant TMI SPORTS a non-exclusive royalty free license to use your name in connection with your username. This license gives us the right to display your user submissions through the website for a fee or no fee to the end user. TMI SPORTS is not required to host or display any user submissions uploaded or made available to TMI SPORTS. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to host or display any user submissions.

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

TMI SPORTS takes no responsibility for minors accessing the services without parent or guardian permission.
